Big Idea Marketing, Inc. creates local store marketing campaigns for large chain restaurants to promote customer loyalty and increase sales. To effectively execute their programs, Big Idea needed technological support that would allow its clients to efficiently localize promotional materials, as well as measure and track campaign results.
solution
Big Idea enlisted the expertise of Prisma Graphic to implement a web to print online solution to execute their creative plan. Prisma utilized their marketing supply chain solution (DokShop) allowing Big Idea to provide a menu of creative material templates for individual locations to employ. These variable templates, which include custom bar-coded loyalty cards, direct mailers and in-store signage, allows each location to tailor their promotions in their respective markets. And, with the system’s reporting capabilities, corporate marketing can monitor product usage by location and measure the success of promotional campaigns.
