The Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery is a popular sports-themed restaurant that opened its first location in 2003. The company established itself as a franchisor in 2005 and has become one of the fastest growing in the U.S. with more than 30 locations currently operating with an additional 30 franchises planned to open in 2010.

challenge/need

Tilted Kilt was looking to streamline its graphic design process, while providing customizable promotional materials to its franchisees, and maintain the integrity of the brand. The challenge was to create a cost-effective process allowing the franchisees easy access to corporateapprovedmailers, menus, flyers and other point-of-sale collateral they could personalize for their local store marketing efforts.

solution

Prisma developed a user-friendly, web to print online interface through dokshop where corporate can post branded marketing collateral for franchisees to utilize. Franchise owners/managers can log on 24/7, choose the items desired, modify for local market promotions, proof instantly and order printed materials or download electronic files, all of which pass through corporate for final approval. The process provides each franchisee the ability to easily create and offer seasonal promotions in their market, contain costs and increase speed-to-market.
