DispatchHealth’s mission is to create the most advanced and complete in-home care model in the world. With locations in multiple states and growing, DispatchHealth recognized the importance of a centralized location for its branch managers to customize marketing materials while still upholding brand guidelines.

Prisma worked closely with their key stakeholders to develop a custom dokshop site to streamline their marketing efforts so they can focus on offering on-demand healthcare for people of all ages in the comfort of their own homes. This site provides the flexibility to promote specific deals and services and accurate, easy access to promotional marketing materials, and includes a direct mail system that allows for specific branch customization.

From physical security to background checks and regular, third-party audits, our team uses effective encryption strategies to protect clients’ private customer information. With a vast background and expertise in handling highly sensitive data, Prisma has an onsite HIPAA Security and Compliance Officer to oversee client jobs. All employees are HIPAA certified and participate in ongoing security awareness training, ensuring your client data is in safe hands.
