When Starwood Hotels & Resorts adds a hotel to its “luxury collection,” outfitting the new location with correctly branded materials is done within a few days. Do-not-disturb signs, key card holders, luggage tags, gift shop bags and more are needed quickly to portray the new brand status. Through Prisma’s dokshop, doing so is a breeze.
Starwood has relied on Prisma’s web-to-print software, dokshop, for a number of years to efficiently customize and brand materials for each of its locations in lightning-fast timeframes. The dokshop team worked with Starwood to design branded creative templates that give each hotel an upscale, boutique “look,” but fit within corporate branded guidelines. When a hotel becomes part of the luxury collection, the new hotel uploads brand colors and logo, and the software auto-populates all available brand templates.
